1. Not Financial Advice

Vault Engine is an educational and analytical tool. Nothing on this site, in the Engine, in any scan, bias card, report, indicator panel or related material is financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. The Engine produces a directional lean built from public macro data. It is a research output, not a recommendation, not a signal, and not an instruction to buy or sell anything. Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any losses that result from them.

2. No Guaranteed Results

The hit rate shown inside the product, any statistics on this site, and any results shown or referenced anywhere in our material are not typical and are not a guarantee or promise of future results. A bias that was right yesterday tells you nothing certain about tomorrow. Trading outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution, discipline, and risk management. We make no guarantee that you will be profitable, pass an evaluation, or make any money using this product.

3. Data Accuracy

The Engine synthesizes data from third party sources, including public market data, CFTC positioning reports, FINRA short volume, Federal Reserve figures, and news wires. We do not own that data and we cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or delivered on time. Feeds go down, upstream providers revise their numbers, and any of it can be wrong or delayed. Do not treat any number in this product as authoritative, and never place a trade on our output without checking it against your own broker and your own chart.

4. What You're Buying

Vault Engine is a subscription to a hosted software tool, delivered over the web. Access is granted to the account you sign up with. What each plan includes, and the daily limits on scans and journal entries, are stated on the pricing page and inside your account settings. There is no physical product, no downloadable file, and no coaching or 1:1 mentorship included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. We may add, change, or remove panels and features as the product develops.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or annually, at the price and cycle shown in your account settings, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the settings page in your account, in one click, with no email required and no retention call. When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then drops to the free Recon plan. Your journal entries stay yours and remain readable. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final by default. Because this is instant access software billed on a recurring cycle, we do not refund partial periods, unused time, forgotten renewals, or plans you subscribed to and did not use. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current one.

There is one exception: the 7-Day Test Flight Guarantee stated on the pricing page. If you subscribe to a paid plan, actually run the scan through a full week of sessions, and it does not sharpen how you trade, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment. This applies to your first paid month only, once per customer. Not using the product, forgetting you subscribed, or simply changing your mind does not qualify. Requests are reviewed individually.

The free Recon plan exists so you can try the journal and see the product before you ever pay us anything. We would rather you use it than buy a plan you are unsure about.

7. Acceptable Use

Your account is for you. Do not share your login, resell access, or run the Engine on behalf of other people. Do not scrape the product, automate the scan endpoint, or attempt to extract the underlying data wholesale. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, charges back a payment in bad faith, or attempts to bypass the plan limits, without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Engine, its interface, its methodology, and its written output are owned by Vault Engine and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or publicly repost the product or its output, in whole or in part. Screenshots for personal or editorial use are fine.

9. No Affiliation

Vault Engine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exchange, data provider, prop trading firm, or government body referenced anywhere on this site or in the product. Names such as CME, CFTC, FINRA, and the Federal Reserve appear only to describe where public data comes from, and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Availability

This is a hosted tool and we do not promise uptime. The Engine can be unavailable for maintenance, upstream data outages, or reasons outside our control. An outage, a failed scan, or a missed session is not grounds for a refund or for compensation of any kind, including trades you did or did not take as a result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Engine and its owner are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this product, from its output, or from its unavailability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Your use of the product is entirely at your own risk.

12. Privacy

We store the account you register with and the data you enter, including your journal. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Your journal is your own record of your trading and we do not publish it, share it, or use it to identify you publicly.

We also measure page views and load speed, but only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. That measurement is anonymous and is never linked to your account or your journal. The privacy policy sets out in full what is collected, who processes it, and how to change your choice.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or the product after changes means you accept the updated terms. If we change the price of a plan you are already on, you will be told before it takes effect and you can cancel first.
